I’m still alive & kicking – well kinda!

Haven’t been around much online lately, real life’s been getting in the way of my cyberlife. I haven’t even logged in to Twitter lately to see what everyone’s been up to & whats going on in the world… I know it’s sacrilegious!!

But I managed to get my left and right feet completely confused and missed the bottom step as I walked out of the supermarket. I went ‘SPLAT’ like a starfish all over the footpath, groceries everywhere, coke bottles exploding and bread getting squashed. I’m sure it would’ve been a total sight.

According to the incredibly rude and dis-interested Doctor I didn’t manage to break or fracture anything, but the girls don’t agree. My Ankle has swollen up and looks somewhat like a squashed football, turning various shades of purple & blue. If only I had a camera and could show you – It’s kinda pretty in an ugly kind of way.

Anyway I think I may have mentioned a possible new FWB on twitter about a week ago. He’s actually quite sweet and nice, just a shame he doesn’t live closer. It’s neither the deep seeded kind of connection I felt when I first met -B, but I doubt I’d ever feel quite that way about anyone else (There’s a huge long back story that started when I was 14 that made the whole thing with -B special) yet he makes me smile and laugh and feel somewhat special. But here’s the crux, I don’t want enough of a relationship to call anything committed, yet at the same time I know I’m never going to be able to just have totally anonymous sex with someone I’ve just barely met. Christ after months of fucking -B I never quite managed to let go and be as sexually uninhibited as I actually am, so can’t see it happening in a situation without any kind of emotional investment. Being insecure and having low self esteem coupled with I guess a negative self image can be quite inhibiting to ones sexual freedom.

I won’t be going anywhere for the next week or so due to my ankle & X taking the car just to be spiteful (Yet another massive fight with X last weekend) so I’ve got time to get to know him a little better and maybe even a chance to consult -B. 1.What are your thoughts on anal sex? Have you ever had it?

I’m pretty open So my thoughts on Anal… Well I’m certainly open to it, but it’s certainly something that it up to the individual. I’d written it off for years & years before I decided to give it another go.

I’ve only ever had Anal with One partner, but there was over a decade between the first period of time I when  was having Anal with him and the second time we tried, and since then I’ve lost count of the number of times we’ve done it. But the first time round it was rather painful to start with, probably because I was young, naive and doubt there was any lube involved. The very, very first time I had Anal was about 15 years ago when I was 16. I must admit it was painful and only slightly pleasurable. I was doing it because he wanted to. The thought of needing, let alone using lube never crossed my mind, If we had used lube I doubt it would’ve been painful. If ever I were to have Anal, or any form of penetrative sex with someone else there would most certainly be a condom involved.

Second time round we were using condoms for Anal until I was comfortable with it (they seemed to cause less friction & discomfort on entry), but that soon ended. It’s also important to use condoms with sex toys used for Anal Play unless they are able to be fully disinfected and sterilised like glass.

The Sexual Things I must do before I die

I saw a list on someone’s blog of 12 sexual experiences they wanted to have before they died. With a browsing history as long, vast and colourful as mine I’m not surprised that I can’t find the blog again. However I do know what’s on my personal ‘Sexual Bucket List’. A list of sexual acts &/or experiences I want to have, experience or explore before I die. I started out with 12 Things, but my bucket list stretched to 15 16, it may even grow in the future, but for now this is my List:

I’m happy for him, but am feeling seriously bummed and can’t work out why. Or rather I can’t rationalise the reason I’m feeling bummed. Perhaps because I know I can’t replace him. Because even after…like 6 months I was still sexually shy with him.

I guess I’m not as great as I thought I was, in the sense of detaching my heart from sex. Yet I didn’t want to pursue a relationship with him, I simply wanted to fuck him senseless. Perhaps it’s because he ended it rather than me? Am I really that shallow? Or is it because I regret holding back and not fully exploring the things I wanted to. I’ve been putting off answering this weeks Questions, to say they make me squirm is an understatement… As my Answers depend on the situation, or rather the sexual partner. My answer’s relating to X are the polar opposite to what I would answer regarding -B. A conundrum that’s spun me into a bit of a sexual existential dilemma, but it is one that has been brewing since I had to say goodbye to -B (or at least the B part of the friendship) and I have started to consider what I want out of a FWB or NSA sexual relationship. The other afternoon I had a long chat with one of my bestest mates, an ex from a million years ago. My one true love lol. He was that perfect summer romance,, a guy that truly treated me like a queen until the day he had to return home. Loveless sex is great, but you do need to know the person, you don’t need to be friends, but as long as you know them sexually & are comfortable to express yourself sexually then all is good.
